Arzadon Fitness policies were developed and continue to evolve in an effort to create a mutually respectful relationship between the client and the trainer. Arzadon Fitness believes that these policies clarify fair business guidelines and help to develop a relationship that is based on a reciprocation of responsibility and commitment.
The client agrees to abide by Arzadon Fitness policies and regulations as presented below:
Attire: For training sessions, clients should wear athletic shoes that are supportive and workout attire that is functional and comfortable (such as t-shirts, shorts, tights, tracksuits, etc).
Cancellations & Refunds: Arzadon Fitness works on a scheduled appointment basis. Any session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be billed/deducted from a pre-paid package. In the event of excessive cancellation (more than 2 cancellations over a 2 week time period), regardless of notice time and resultant payment, different program options may be discussed and future appointments may be put on hold, cancelled, and/or re-scheduled (example: a regular session time may no longer be reserved). Clients will not be charged for sessions that are cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. No refunds are given on sessions. Arzadon Fitness may terminate your agreement if the trainer determines that the client is not
committed to making health and wellness a priority.
Confidentiality: All client information will remain confidential within Arzadon Fitness and consulting professionals.
Health & Participation: The client must inform the trainer of any exercise limitations and/or any changes in their health that could affect their ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury. The client must also inform the trainer if they feel lightheaded, dizzy, nauseous, or experience any pain or discomfort (beyond normal exercise discomfort) while participating in a training session. The client is not obliged to perform or participate in any activity/exercise and may choose to decline participation.
Location: Sessions take place at a mutually agreed upon location such as a training studio, condominium exercise room, or home gym. Travel fees will be incurred by the client for certain location requests; there is no guarantee that Arzadon Fitness will be able to acccomodate such requests.
Overdue Accounts and Non-payment of fees: Arzadon Fitness may cancel this agreement or stop providing services for nonpayment of fees. In the event of stopped services, the client must pay any balance owed for services rendered, even if future services are not hired by the client or offered to the client by Arzadon Fitness.
Payment for services: Overdue payments are subject to overdue fees calculated at 5% of the total amount outstanding and added on every 30 days that payment is overdue. If payment is 7 or more days past due, Arzadon Fitness may suspend services until full payment is received. Methods of payment include cash, email money transfers (info@arzadonfitness.com), and credit cards.
Programming: Each program is designed to meet the unique needs and goals of the client. Arzadon Fitness does not recommend sharing program information with others; a program that is well suited for one individual may not necessarily be suitable for another and could even be harmful. All documents associated with client programs, sessions, and protocols are property of Arzadon Fitness and may not be reproduced in any form without prior written consent of Arzadon Fitness.
Promptness: Arzadon Fitness encourages clients to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Sessions will often end at the appointed time and usually cannot be extended. If the client is more than 15 minutes late and does not contact the trainer, the session will be cancelled and billed at a normal session’s full rate or deducted from a pre-paid package.
Rates: Rates vary by trainer.
Results: In order to maximize progress, it will be necessary for clients to follow program guidelines during supervised and unsupervised sessions. Due to scheduling conflicts and financial considerations, a combination of supervised and unsupervised sessions is possible to attain results. Results may very.
Scheduling: Arzadon Fitness encourages clients to schedule sessions at least 2 weeks in advance.
