Diet & Nutrition
Once this plan is in place, we monitor your progression using one of our many assessment tools to evaluate your response to your diet plan. We also collect constant feedback from you, making small changes to the plan as needed along the way.
Unlike other gyms, we value data because it provides us the feedback we need in order to understand and assess your overall response to our training methods. If you’re looking for a personal trainer whose focus is to create fun and random workouts for you, this isn’t the place to look. We get results because we always have a plan and leave nothing to chance.

Alex Mailis – The Chiropractic Clinic Owner
Dr. Alex Mailis, 30, enjoyed one of his busiest years while running a chiropractic and wellness clinic in Vaughan, Ont. However, what he didn’t anticipate was completely falling off his nutrition and training habits. He gained nearly 30 lbs. of fat and consulted Arzadon Fitness for his own “re-alignment.”
Even though Alex had a background in strength training, he had very little knowledge on proper programming and periodization. After assessing everything from his lifestyle, nutrition, gut health, sleep issues and muscular imbalances, we took all the information to create a customized 16-week intensive Muscle Building/Fat Loss program.
In 16 weeks, Alex lost 33 lbs. and 7% body fat and gained 9 lbs. of muscle. With such outstanding results, he also gained more value from our education on proper programming and training.
