Diet & Nutrition
Once this plan is in place, we monitor your progression using one of our many assessment tools to evaluate your response to your diet plan. We also collect constant feedback from you, making small changes to the plan as needed along the way.
Women are shown to have a higher rate of metabolic adaptiveness when compared to men. At first, this sounds like a pretty good thing, right? However, as you get deeper into your bespoke diet, your hormones (which regulate your hunger, fat storage and a host of other factors) will adapt much faster to the reduced food intake and cause you to plateau more frequently and more rapidly. In addition, female sex hormones, progesterone in particular, can wreak havoc on things like water retention and fat disposition throughout the course of the monthly menstrual cycle.
At Arzadon Fitness, we account for these issues and educate our female clients on how to persevere through these challenges from a holistic approach through food, lifestyle and supplementation.

Felicia – The Milestone Year
Felicia, 30, came to Arzadon Fitness with a goal. That goal was to be in the best shape ever on one of the most important days of her life: her wedding day.
It sounded straightforward but proved to be anything but. At the time, Felicia not only had a corporate management position at a luxury global hotel chain but was simultaneously completing her MBA and trying to plan a wedding. Focusing on her fitness during this fast-paced lifestyle, with less than a year until she tied the knot, was going to be a struggle.
Felicia’s job was very demanding. It required her to occasionally travel to different time zones across the world. We had to create a plan that would keep her consistent with her workouts and nutrition no matter where she was.
We managed everything for her, from her exercise and nutrition plan to her sleep and gut issues. She trained at least twice per week with Arzadon Fitness, twice per week on her own and was consistent with her workouts while travelling.
Though Felicia had many roadblocks that could have prevented her from achieving her goal, within a year she managed to lose 26 lbs., drop a total of 8% body fat and walked down the aisle like a star.
