Step 1

Audit

Each of our programs begins with a consultation. In 30 minutes, we’re able to gather a decent idea of who you are and what you need. In 90 minutes, we analyze everything about your physical and mental well-being.

Step 2

Training

We use the data from your consultation to help you build the perfect virtual training program, designed to not only help you get results, but maintain them. Once we’ve put together a basic regimen, you’ll meet with a dedicated trainer for sessions of either 30 minutes or one hour, as many times per week as you choose.

Step 3

Lifestyle

As the old saying goes, fitness is 80% lifestyle and 20% exercise. That’s why we do more than give you an exercise plan. We help you identify and overcome every single lifestyle factor that’s holding you back, from nutrition to sleeping habits. Because our trainers are compensated based on your success, they’ll stay with you every step of the way, providing you with whatever knowledge, guidance, and expertise you need.

Step 4

Accountability

We understand how difficult it can be to stay accountable when you’re getting in shape. That’s why accountability is part of every step of the training process. With our process, you get:

  • Established goals and milestones.
  • Regular check-ins outside of training.
  • Progress photos.
  • A data-driven platform with metrics to track food intake, activity levels, and more.
  • Access to client leaderboards
